Service Description

Whether you are a beginner to yoga or looking to advance your regular practice, I am available to work with small and large groups. Available to travel in the Northeast Ohio area including: Solon, Twinsburg, Aurora, Chagrin Falls and surrounding areas. Also available via Zoom to service anywhere in the US. I am certified or experienced in the following yoga practices: Baptiste Power, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, Aerial, Yoga for Athletes, Children Yoga, Teen Yoga Senior Yoga and Chair Yoga.
